Focusing on healing, inflammation, and nourishment to keep the gut microbiome happy.

Session 5 — Reintroduce

Begin to reintroduce foods that could be potential triggers (if possible).

Session 6 — Repopulation of healthy gut microbiome

Using foods your gut loves to maximise your gut microbiome diversity and gut health.

Session 7 — Symptom, progress and changes recap

Discuss the changes you have made, the changes in how you are feeling, and review any other habits or alterations that may be beneficial.

Session 8 — Review and forward planning

Reflect on our time together, wins, achievements, and how you can move forward loving your gut.
