When it comes to maximising your health and wellness, everyone is so very different. One thing that may work for your friend may have a completely undesired affect on you. That's where I come in... I love to help people understand their very own personal desires to maximise health.

Morning routine Sticking to my morning routine is essential in order for me to have an enjoyable and productive day.

  2. I open the curtains and I look out into the daylight. I look around at the weather and mountains and think of positive thoughts.

  3. I journal! 3 things I am grateful for, 3 things that would make today great, and an affirmation.

  • Drink a pint of water or two before meals (not after as it can be detrimental to the absorption of the food you are digesting!)

  • I
